 Taelor Made Housing's most valuable asset is the founder, Marshae Rhymes. Marshae has actively volunteered in the community at various shelters advocating for the underserved population of Alameda, San Francisco, San Mateo and San Joaquin County. Marshae has spent most of her career working in Probation monitoring and case managing client's success integrating back into the community. She has also spent 5+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities that needed independent life skills to live a self-sufficient life. Marshae currently works in the SJC jail releasing individuals back into society. Her expertise and education make her the perfect leader for this new and essential transitional housing company.
